Getting Help
On-Site Service
As you might expect, we offer on-site service in your home or office provided that home or office is located in the Los Angeles metro area. Feel free to contact us for an on-site appointment.
Online Resources
It's possible we have already solved your problem (super-hero style) in one of our tips or tutorials. So check those out and maybe you'll get lucky and we will have already anticipated your needs before you knew you had them. Spooky isn't it?
Email Support
We offer free email tech support for the extremely patient. For those who would chose to endure the wait you can use our question & comment form to submit your questions. Keep in mind, we get about 1 billion requests a day (no exaggeration, really!), and we can't possibly answer every question we receive via email as soon as we get it. To do so would force us to neglect not only our friends and families, but also our health and personal hygiene, and nobody wants that! If you are short tempered or on a deadline to keep your job, you would do well to check alternate sources for immediate relief.

All charges and invoicing are based on the following policies:
- We bill by the half-hour, with a one hour minimum, per job.
- All charges are billed to you following the service and are due upon receipt of invoice.
